We are seeking high caliber candidates for the following positions is based in Kalimantan at the Balikpapan Support Facility, which provides equipment, maintenance, logistical and training support to our mining projects.

Responsibilities:
- To assist in the implementation socialization of Procedures, Project Instructions, Risk Assessments & JSEA’s in order to maintain HSE standards & good practices on site.
- To assist in HSE training & awareness promotion programs in order to raise overall HSE awareness of the workforce.
- To conduct inspections, identify hazards & assist in HSE monitoring programs in order to ensure a healthy, safe & environmentally sensitive working environment.
- To report all HSE related incidents & to assist in investigations where required in order to effectively record incidents, identify root causes, reduce incident rates & prevent recurrence.
- To monitor the stock, use and maintenance of Personal Protective Equipment & other HSE related equipment in the workplace in order to assist in creating safe working conditions.
- To assist in the identification, erection & maintenance of signage & road marking requirements in the workplace in order to effectively communicate hazards & risks, promote HSE awareness & comply with legislative & procedural signage requirements.
- Provide regular weekly reports on work activities, or daily reports in case of emerging critical issues, in order to ensure continual improvement at all times.
- To attend courses & read publications in order to ensure continued self improvement of HSE knowledge.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree of Environmental/Health/Safety).
- 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the operational in HSE area.
- Computer literate & English profiency.
- Willing to be stationed in Balikpapan.
