Operation Improvement Project Engineer (INA-11-HO-00014)
Balikpapan (Kalimantan Timur), Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:
The candidate is to perform mine production improvement designs and control activities with the objective of ensuring the safe and economically sound development of mines with the environmental awareness
Requirements:
- 1-3 years experience in mining industry
- Bachelor degree in engineering (mining engineering background is preferable)
- Good understanding in mining process
- Has field supervisory experience (as mining supervisor or mining superintendent)
- Deep knowledge in production management (certified in six sigma is a great advantage)
- Good interpersonal skill, communication skill, and leadership skill.
