PERUM Perumnas is one of the Indonesian State Owned company engaged in property and housing services. The Company established since 1974 based on The Government of Republic Indonesia Regulation Number 29 of 1974. Perumnas was established as a solution of the government of Indonesia in providing adequate housing for the middle to lower people.Perumnas is a State Owned Enterprises (BUMN ) in the form of Public Corporation (Perum)  in which shares are owned by the government whole. Housing was established as a solution to the government in providing adequate housing for the middle to bottom.Through the concept of large-scale development, Housing managed to make a significant contribution in the formation of residential areas and new towns spread all over Indonesia. As a state-owned enterprise developers with a range of national, Territory Housing has 7 Regional effort I to VII and Regional Rusunawa.

Requirements

• Diploma 3 Degree (D3) from State/Private University with accreditation score A

1. Majoring in: Civil Engineering, Informatics Engineering, Management, Accounting, Taxation
2. Minimum GPA 2.80 of 4.00 scale
3. Maximum 23 years old by July 1, 2012
4. Energic, dedicated and hard worker
5. Proficient in English both oral and written
6. Willing to be placed in all Perum Perumnas operational area

• Bachelor (S1) and Master (S2) Degree from State/Private University with accreditation score A

1. Majoring in: Civil Engineering, Architecture, Planology, Electrical Engineering-Powerline, Informatics Engineering, Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, Civil/ Business Law
2. Minimum GPA 3.00 of 4.00 for Non-Engineer Bachelor (S1), 2.80 of 4.00 for Engineer Bachelor (S1), and 3.20 of 4.00 for Master (S2)
3. Maximum 25 years old by July 1, 2012 for Bachelor (S1) and 27 years old by July 1, 2012 for Master (S2)
4. Energic, dedicated and hard worker
5. Proficient in English both oral and written
6. Willing to be placed in all Perum Perumnas operational area
