INTERNAL AUDIT MANAGER

SENIOR AUDITOR

TRAINING & PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT SUPERINTENDENT

 Requirements : 

 

INTERNAL AUDIT MANAGER

• Managing financial, operational, system and process audit of the company’s business unit and outsourced operations. Responsible for planning, executing and completing audit fieldwork according to established schedule.

Requirement

• Require degree in accounting, finance or any related field.
• Big 4 background.
• Experience In Internal Audit.
• Direct people management skills.
• CPA, CIA Chartered accountancy is highly desirable
• Minimum of 7 solid years of experience in Audit (external or internal)

SENIOR AUDITOR

• Performing financial, operational, system and process audits of the company’s business units and outsourced operation. Recommending Internal control Improvements.

Requirement :

• Require degree in accounting, finance or any related field.
• Big 4 background.
• Experience In Internal Audit.
• CPA, CIA Chartered accountancy is highly desirable
• Minimum of 3 solid years of experience in Audit (external or Internal)

TRAINING & PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT SUPERINTENDENT

• Responsible to Human Resource Manager. This position will conduct and supervise training & development programs for employees relates to the ongoing and long term improvement of employees skills.

Requirement :

• Bachelor degree from any disciplines with relevant experience.
• 3 years experience as training superintendent, preferable in mining company.
• Ability to influence senior management, establish and maintain collaborative partnerships
• Strong in learning and development concept with good presentation skill.
• Ability to build strong working relationships, Internal and external to the organization.
• Creative, forward thinker.
• Will be relocating to Berau, East Kalimantan.

TRAINING ANALYST

• Responsible to Training and Development Superintendent. Conducts training needs analyses, determines the right training Intervention to close the identified training needs, and evaluates result of implemented training intervention.

Requirement :

• Bachelor degree from any disciplines with relevant experience. 2 years experience as training analyst, preferable in mining company. Computer Literacy: Microsoft office is required. preferable have a competency of training analyst Will be relocating to Berau East Kalimantan.

PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT

• Responsible to Organization & Development Superintendent. Conducts performance management of employees

Requirement:

• Bachelor degree from any disciplines with relevant experience. 2 years experience as training analyst, preferable In mining company. Computer Literacy: Microsoft office is required. preferable have a competency of performance management Will be relocating to Berau East Kalimantan.
