PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE) - West Madura Offshore (PHE WMO), is a national operator of Production Sharing Contract in Indonesia, in the business of oil and natural gas exploration and exploitation. In line with our expansion plan, PT Pertamina Hulu Energi WMO is currently seeking candidates to fill the following position:
Environment Specialist
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Engineering (e.g., Chemical/Process/Environment)
- Have experience and have good knowledge of offshore Oil & Gas operations associated with environment aspects and HSE Management System
- Experience in leading a specific project in energy efficiency, GHG reduction, biodiversity and design engineering related to waste & other relevant equipment.
- Have AMDAL certificate and other environment certificate (e.g., GHG Auditor, Energy Manager, ISO 14001 Lead Auditor)
- Having good HSSE leadership, good communication skills, able to work with other team.
Requirements:
- Master of Oceangoing or Master Marine License Class 1 (ANT 1) in oil and gas
- Marine Pilot Certificate
- Have of experiences in lifting tanker operations in oil and gas Industry
- Having broad experience in all aspects of offshore operations in oil and gas industry
- Must have proven track record in offshore operations, maintenance or HSE management
- Have competencies in oil and gas operation and maintenance for running the facilities smooth in Crude storage and accessories and knowledge of plant shutdown system and control system also maintenance for above facilities and equipment
- Must have control of work philosophy for delivering the completion of the work safely
- Must have emergency response philosophy strategy
- Have knowledge in HSSE management in operations of oil and gas Industry
- Able to demonstrate leadership, networking and influencing skills
- Having skill in coaching and team-building
- Have knowledge of legislative requirements for offshore operations
- Must understand of management of major emergency
- Have full understanding of safety management requirements and implementation of safe system of work as applicable to offshore operations
- Must understand Indonesian applicable law & regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering and Academy degree
- Have of experiences in petrochemical industry in the areas of maintenance and operations and at least supervisory level in major oil and gas company
- Possess at least competence in operation technical and maintenance
- Have understanding of the principles and applications including related industry standards
- Have sufficient technical understanding of maintenance management system, scheduling to be able to make informed decision
- Technically competence on maintenance (Lifting and Mechanical)
- Have awareness and knowledge function of Instrument, Mechanical, Electric, Valve and Turbomachinery
- Have understanding and application of RCFA
- Have understanding of the implementation of safe systems of work as applicable to offshore operations and demonstrated personal commitment to HSE management, including environmental and occupational health as well as safety
- Having broad understanding and exposure in oil & gas facilities
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Finance & Accounting
- Have experiences in the oil and gas industries
- Must have strong understanding of operation, financial and commercial aspects of O&G industries (essential)
- Must have understanding of offshore operations and maintenance, and its business side
- Able to show presentation skill, and influencing / negotiation skill
- Good communication skill
- Readily adapts to changes and ability to act on own initiative
- Team player and multi tasking capability
- Good skills of english in written and spoken
- Comprehensive skills in the use of IT systems products, especially Word, Excel, Power Point and Records Management (Oracle)
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Technical or Business
- Have experience in Oil & Gas industry
- Familiar with facility and production operations as well as financial aspects of oil and gas industry.
- Preferably have working experience in Asset team
- Have high level of initiative and ability to apply technical skill
- Able to work independently or in a team
- Well organized and knowledgeable about economics
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Have good communication skill
- Have an excellent English skill and strong interpersonal skills
- Have understanding of financial modeling

Responsibilities:
- To perform data analysis of gas markets, terms & conditions and monitoring of gas contract performance & compliance, in order to ensure effective and optimum gas sales process.
Requirements:

- Have a good decision making abilities, negotiation strategy (essential)
